✅ Eligibility Criteria
- Pakistani national with valid CNIC
- Bachelor’s Degree (16 years of education) from HEC recognized university
- Minimum 50% marks or 2.0 CGPA in graduation
- Age: 20 to 27 years (as on closing date)
- Height: Minimum 5 feet 4 inches
- Weight: According to height and age (proportionate)
- Chest: Minimum 32 inches (unexpanded)
- Medically, physically, and mentally fit
- Unmarried (for male candidates)
- Good moral character with no criminal record

Five-Stage Selection Procedure:
- Stage 1: Initial Screening – Academic record verification
- Stage 2: Intelligence Tests – Verbal & non-verbal reasoning
- Stage 3: Psychological Tests – Personality assessment
- Stage 4: GD & Interview – Group discussion and personal interview
- Stage 5: Medical Examination – Complete medical fitness test
