🎯 STI Eligibility Criteria
📌 Academic Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BSc/BS) in relevant subject – Minimum 2nd Division (50%)
- Teaching qualification: B.Ed, CT, or PTC from HEC/PEEDA recognized institution
- Master’s degree preferred for Secondary School positions
- All degrees must be from recognized universities/boards
- Equivalence certificate required for foreign degrees
📌 General Eligibility:
- Pakistani citizen with valid CNIC
- Age: 18 to 35 years (age relaxation as per government policy)
- Fresh graduates or maximum 2 years teaching experience
- Domicile of the district where applying
- Physically and mentally fit for teaching duties
- Not currently employed in any government/semi-government organization
- Both male and female candidates eligible

Merit Calculation Formula:
- Matriculation: 10% weightage
- Intermediate: 15% weightage
- Bachelor’s Degree: 40% weightage

- Master’s Degree: 10% bonus (if applicable)
- Additional Certifications: Extra points
